Great Book on Intermittent Fasting
Proponents of intermittent fasting say that doing some form of fasting is actually good for the body, reducing inflammation, helping sleep cycles, promoting bone health, improving mental health, and much more. I was a skeptic until I tried it as a last resort to help with my arthritis. Amazingly enough, I lost 15 pounds, my memory is better and my body does not hurt like it used to. This book is an amazing guide for ladies over 50 looking to do intermittent fasting properly. From diet recommendations to appropriate fitness, you ladies will find this guide invaluable to acquiring a healthy lifestyle.

Practical and Encouraging Resource for Women Over
As a woman over 50, I’ve noticed that weight loss and maintaining energy levels are much harder than they used to be. A few of my friends were trying intermittent fasting and having very good results. That is what prompted me to want to give it a try mayself. The only problem was that I really didn't know anything about it or how go about it in a safe way. I'm so glad I found this audiobook. It explains everything I needed to know from why intermittent fasting works, how to adapt it into your current lifestyle, and how to have safe practices and stay motivated. It evens speaks about nutrition and exercise which, in my case, was really helpful. As someone who always liked to graze throughout the day, the section on putting together meal plans was also great! The 30 Day Meal Plan at the end of the book made it simple and easy for me to plan and shop, and I didn't have to always rack my brain for ideas for dinner. Overall, this is well organized and well written and gives a lot of great information and tips for women my age. If you're wanting to try this but don't know where or how to start, you'll find this very helpful.
