Great Book on Intermittent Fasting

Proponents of intermittent fasting say that doing some form of fasting is actually good for the body, reducing inflammation, helping sleep cycles, promoting bone health, improving mental health, and much more. I was a skeptic until I tried it as a last resort to help with my arthritis. Amazingly enough, I lost 15 pounds, my memory is better and my body does not hurt like it used to. Let the body take care of itself

I love leaving a space between 8pm and 12 pm where I let my body take care of itself, clean itself, process what needs to be processed, and help me loose weight passively, all but itself! All of which you will learn about in depth in this excellent audio title. Tie that with staying away from carbs as much as possible and it’s slim tummy ahoy, so long as you are consistent. My fave thing about this audiobook is that it is a compassionate and tailored guide for women over 50 who will enjoy the scientific studies included that will aid them in their quest for better health, a better feeling body, and longevity. Thank you to the author for hitting home everything one over 50 needs to know for cultivating health, energy, and so much more.
