All diese Effekte führen dazu, dass die meisten Diäten nicht durchzuhalten sind.
Daher kommt es fast immer zum Jojo-Effekt… und schnell sind Sie wieder in alten Mustern verfangen.
Gerade bei Frauen kann dieser Effekt stark ausfallen und das Gewicht ist hinterher sogar höher als vor der Diät.
Die Alternative: Intermittierendes Fasten, auch Intervallfasten genannt. Hierbei wird nicht mehr darauf geachtet, was gegessen wird, stattdessen beschränken Sie die Zeiten, in denen Sie essen.
In den Essensphasen aber können Sie zu sich nehmen, was Sie möchten. Der Körper gewöhnt sich an die neuen Ernährungsgewohnheiten, Hunger ist in der Fastenzeit dann kein Problem mehr und insgesamt nehmen Sie weniger zu sich.
Tatsächlich sprechen die Erfolge von Millionen von Menschen weltweit für sich. Da der Stoffwechsel von Frauen anders als der von Männern ist, sollten Sie sich aber genau informieren, worauf bei der Durchführung zu achten ist.
