Catherine Chang has always been one to stay in line and follow her own rules. After tragedy shakes her life, she is all business and has very little fun. The only excitement in her life is playing the piano. A law student with a side hobby as a classical pianist, this is how she expected life to be.
Then one night, she caught the eye of Ben Raymond, lead singer of upcoming rock band, Ghosts of Burning Inn. He thinks that she is the perfect addition to the band and the one who will help skyrocket them to stardom. Wanting to get out of her rut, Catherine agrees to join the band. From that moment onward, her life takes a different turn and everything changes. Her feelings for Ben also start to grow and she begins to wonder if she has made the right choice. At the moment, she sees him as a friend. Deep in her heart, she wants him to be more. She just doesn't know how to make him more than that.
All the while, fame is calling to them. Ghosts of Burning Inn are starting to make their mark. Romance in a band never seems to end well.
