 Joseph Alec Keith Robicheaux, better known as Jak, has fought a lot of bad men in his day. Terrorists, drug lords, traffickers, rapists, and more, as an Army Ranger, more importantly, a Robicheaux Ranger, he's now fighting one he can't really see. Haiti is falling apart. There is no government, no police to speak of, tourists are murdered, and children are disappearing. When one of his own men is found hanged and mutilated, Jak knows he might need more help than he has at his fingertips.
