A great reference for improvement!

This is a great audiobook that teaches how I can make small, continuous improvements in my work. It explains the Japanese idea of Kaizen, which means always getting better. The book gives clear steps to help me and my team work more efficiently without making big changes. The instructions are practical and easy to follow. I plan to implement the instructions in my work and make small improvements that will hopefully lead to big improvements. Thanks for sharing this!

why didn't you hire a professional narrator?

The book itself is sort of a manual or a guide to a Kaizen lifestyle. It's well written with many examples and practical applications.
The writer is very obviously know what he's writing about and is passionate about it.
Unfortunately he's also the "reader" of the book. Not a NARRATOR, but a READER.
The recording did not go under any editing and it comes off as amateur.
A professional narrator would have made this book a real joy to listen to.
I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It explains how small tweaks can lead to big results and gives tips on getting people on board, reducing stress, and keeping things running smoothly. The ideas are easy to understand, even if you've never heard of Kaizen before.

Great read. Terrible listen.

The contents of this book are very valuable. However, the audiobook version is hard to listen to. The author of the book does the narration himself and sadly, it just doesn’t pan out well. He fumbles and stumbles over his words. There are awkward pauses and at times, sentences are repeated which causes a lot of confusion. I highly recommend reading this book, or rather guide/manual, but I do not recommend listening to it.
