Premchand has deeply sensitive writing style

Good character and plot development.
Ponderous but worth it for the observations of the times and good use of poetry.

Beautiful Hindi literature

Must read for everyone. I cannot get enough of Premchand. If he was alive I would have worshipped him. So brutal and honest about the taboos of the society. Such a marvellous portray of human emotions.
