Helpful info for everyone

It's great to have a audio cookbook specifically for vegan keto. My only complaint about The Keto Vegan is that several recipes use glucomannan powder and soy protein powder. Some alternatives for their respective recipes would've been super helpful - or even an explanation as to why the author uses these ingredients specifically. All in all, it's a solid audio book for what it is and I'd buy it again.

Perfect for vegetarians on keto

Really amazing audio cookbook so far these keto vegan audio cookbook will help you create not just healthy but also delicious and original recipes. I don't know where author get here inspiration from but the tofu setan and tofu rending blew my mind. the ingredients are generally not hard to get and some of the more obscure ones can be easily Found on online and so far it has been a success I tried the flour less bread and it was the best bread recipe so far that fit my macros on a keto vegan diet. Thanks author for your creativity and love the audio books

This audiobook is very helpful

The recipes are easy and everything we have tried has been a hit! Great for Keto beginners or veterans, the recipes are good and easy to cook as well. There is a lot of helpful information within, which can be easily applied to the keto lifestyle. This audiobook has some delicious recipes and advice in it, a straightforward introduction to keto and a vegan diet.

Not it

It’s as if the author forgot the premise of this book halfway into it. How do you even mention bacon once a week in a Vegan Keto book? I was hoping to hear more specific details about plant-based keto but got vague benefits of being low carb. It was O-Kay.
