About this listen

J'aime à me rendre compte.

To fear death is to fear life

I appreciated Camus’ treatment of some key philosophical questions such as the meaning of life (to find happiness), the right time to die (when happiness is found), and the appropriateness of euthanasia (when asked by a loved patient). The book is a beautifully written joyful ode to life. I would recommend it to anyone who can still marvel at life in all its aspects, and of course to any fan of Albert Camus.
