Inyección de moral y recursos para alérgicos a las ventas
Un libro muy interesante, muy práctico y relativamente sencillo en sus planteamientos (lo que en realidad es un requisito para ser práctico).
La propuesta principal es “ten un guión de ventas y síguelo“. Sobre esta estructura da luego una serie de consejos para diseñar tu propio guión, de los cuales el principal es “cuenta historias“.
Absolutamente recomendable.
