Bryanjar's family was murdered, and so were most of the small fishing village. Bryanjar and a small band of remaining villagers decided to go to the New World to start a new. They manage to win a ship after Bryanjar defeats an old drunken Captain. After some talk, they decided to raid the Earl's pirate ships and sell the goods to supply their new life.
