Chaque histoire, chaque citation qui inspire et chaque enseignement offre des techniques qui encouragent la pratique de la pleine conscience que tout le monde peut adopter. Et il n'est pas nécessaire d'être bouddhiste pour être motivé par les enseignements du Bouddha. Comme l'a dit le Dalai Lama "N'essayez pas d'utiliser ce que vous apprenez du bouddhisme pour devenir bouddhiste ; utilisez-le pour être une meilleure version de vous-même."
