This is a great audiobook that is full of advice and guidance. I really enjoyed listening and found that the 17 traits were very well explained. While I don;t have all of them I do strive to make improvements and this book will be helpful for my journey.

Actually, I like that this leadership guide consists of many lessons and stories. You see, in my opinion, leadership is a big word or maybe even a whole world – a complex system with so many factors that influence each other. I mean, you need to collect your own toolkit and style on how to solve the tasks and more important - to motivate your team to execute at a high level.

I also like the provided examples with best practices – that in some way reminds me Kotler’s classical works on management and marketing. But off course today we’re looking at mostly different great companies as role models than back then.
