Whimsical and Deep
This was such a beautiful tale set within an incredible natural world of animals and people who can turn into them. I really appreciate the depth of the story and how it deals with issues of rejection. I highly recommend for all ages! The narrator is also superb. Her voice was rich and she brought the wonderful story to life.

Magical book with wonderful world building, superb character development and a message that must be shared!
This book has stolen my heart! Listened to it today (day after audible release) in a day during a road-trip. Read/listened to it with my 10y/o daughter and we were swept away into an incredibly well described world with very well developed characters and storyline! The audio book is very engaging, and the way the songs were interpreted added to the magical component of the story! I highly recommend doing a read and listen combination in order to immerse yourself even deeper in the story! I am now looking forward to part 2 of this gorgeous story!
