About this listen

Love Does Not Go On Holiday is a collection of poems I wrote about love and life. The greatest love was given by God Himself when He sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross of Calvary. in live in societies in dire need of love. One doesn’t have to buy love it is a free gift that God gives to humanity.

It’s a choice to love someone. I’ve seen parents including mine who find it hard to love their children. I’ve met women who married their husbands for love. I’ve also met men who married their wives because they are rich or from rich families. One Congolese lady said to me “mama L’amour you married L’amour’s father, a poor man. He stole your wealth and abandoned you and went to marry another woman because majority of women want men who can take care of them. You should marry a rich man who can look after you”. That lady asked any men who are in love with her for a 3 month bank statement. She married one with a “healthy bank account”.

With the trials and tribulations we face if our personal lives, homes, communities, cities, villages, countries, continents, and the world the only possible way to stay loving is when we depend on God to help us to love one another. Our LORD Jesus Christ commanded us to love one another.

There are so many people who want to be loved. Genuine love is only possible when one is completely surrendered to LORD Jesus Christ.
