John has spent the last few months caring for Sarah, his wife of over 20 years, as she battles cancer. But he is also wracked with pain as he has harbored a guilty secret.

He never really loved his wife in the arranged marriage. Instead, he has spent the last 20 years pining over his first love, Emily. When Sarah passes away, he is completely devastated. Just okay

This was totally the wrong accent for an Amish book. I'm sure this narrator would be great otherwise.
This was okay for a short story. I did think it was kind of strange that a man would leave his Amish community and become a professional driver almost immediately after learning to drive. I'd like to think that my Taxi driver or Uber driver would have a bit more driving experience than that.
The story was sweet though.
