About this listen

Loving Myself - Simple Ways to Improve My Most Important Relationship - THE ONE WITH MYSELF Binah Godisall Do you struggle to love your body? Do you beat yourself up with negative self talk? Are you your own worth best friend? Often we treat strangers better than we treat ourselves. YOU ARE NOT ALONE I have been very mean and vicious to myself. Many of people are negative and hurtful to themselves on a daily and sometimes moment to moment basis. That is not that way you, me, or anyone else has to live their lives. We all deserve love - with in the most important relationship of our life - the one with ourselves. INTRODUCTION If you are reading this, I want to remind you that you are a beautiful part of life; an important part of life; a vital part of life poised and ready to love yourself more than you ever have before. This little book is filled with simple tools to help focus your intention to love yourself more. I use them regularly, because the journey of self love never ends. Just when you think you have it figured out, something will come along to help you grow a bit more in self love and give you a new perspective on who you are, isn't life great? Use this book however you want, bookmark pages, read it cover to cover or one page a day or one page a week. Sometimes I close my eyes and flip it open to be inspired. You have the ability to appreciate yourself, rather than criticize yourself. It may be a muscle you have to develop, but you can do it. If I can feel better about myself, you can feel better about yourself. Once you give yourself permission to love yourself more, then your love will flow easily out into every relationship in your life, intimate, family, friends, work, community, county, and the world. I believe that improving your self love can only draw more good to you and through you.. Love Yourself! Be Easy! Have Fun! Once you being loving yourself more, you will choose healthy boundaries for yourself, and in relationship with others. However, don't love yourself for others. Love yourself because it feels a heck of a lot better to love yourself. Did you know that every thought you think has a feeling associated with it? When you think hateful thoughts, you feel hateful bad feelings. When you think loving thoughts, you feel loving good feelings. Everything you feel has only to do with the way you think about yourself. FOR EXAMPLE You can imagine that someone is being mean to you. You can imagine that someone is withholding love from you. And for a moment, it may appear and feel that way. However, when someone is mean to you, it is often like a snake bite. The snake bite hurts, but it is quick and will heal with time. Many people do not let go of those incidents. Instead, they keep thinking thoughts, that feel bad about the mean incident (the snake bite). It is often our bad feeling thoughts (like the snake venom) that create far more damage over time than the short incident ever could No one else ever withholds love from you. This thought may challenge you to the core, but think of one of the most loving times in your life. Think about it now. Remember the love you felt. FEEL the love you felt. That love, which you thought another gave to you then, you gave to yourself then, and right now you feel good because you have opened your mind with a thought that opens your heart to feel love. You always give yourself the love by opening your heart to love. Loving Myself Binah Godisall Personal Development Self-Esteem Self-Love
