Story
Americans wage many of today’s fiercest policy debates and culture wars over constitutional meaning. It’s because constitutional law is so fundamental to our democracy that law schools across the country teach the subject. It's the area of law that determines what federal and state governments are permitted to do, and what rights you have as an individual citizen of the US. Here, you'll get the same accessible, well-rounded introduction to constitutional law as a typical law student - but with the added benefit of noted constitutional scholar Eric Berger's brilliant insights.

So here’s my honest review after listening to part of the book. I like the tone of the narrator, it’s not very robotic or monotone.
The book begins with an introduction explaining what the MBE (which I found to be a waste of time, most MBE test takers know what it is, however my ears perked up when the book misstated how often the test is given, the book claimed “yearly” when it is administered twice a year. Stating incorrect facts for something simple made me feel a little less confident about the information I was going to receive for the substantive matter in this book.
You’re not going to get actual MBE questions read aloud to you.
This is basically reads like SAT vocabulary test, so expect to hear rule definitions and you get to select which term applies, which can be helpful.
But again this book is confusing, because it mentioned that jury verdicts don’t have to be unanimous. Okay I don’t know why this being book felt the need to say that sometimes judges make direct a few jurors to vote…but this only occurs in state law we don’t get AF about state law because the MBE only tests FEDERAL LAW and in Federal law the Jury verdicts MUST be unanimous. So now I paused on this, I’m going to read and create my own audio outline. Good luck everyone…if you could get it for free or don’t mind spending a few extra then try the book out for yourself. I wouldn’t recommend.
If you can get it for free then get it, if not leave it.
