About this listen

We all have a personal brand—our own unique core essence that we mold and modify over time. This brand is presented to the world in situations ranging from casual to professional. Although members of Generation Z are unique individuals, they do have some things in common that affect their personal brands.

As business leaders and hiring managers, it is more important than ever to understand the unique strengths and challenges of working with Gen Z and that starts with recognizing everything that makes this generation different.

Through a better understanding of your own corporate culture, you will be able to combine your new awareness of Gen Z to be able to MESH them into your company.

In this book you will learn:
- The power of branding and building a personal brand
- Lessons from company leaders
- What makes Generation Z tick
- How to create an employee journey for your company. A journey from know, like, trust to try/buy and finally to repeat (retention) and refer

You can go hire, train and retain employees, particularly Gen Z, with greater confidence when you understand how they MESH.

What I liked is the emphasis on trust, respect to your individual brand as well as “the brand”. The material and examples provided in the book enable the reader to create a worthwhile and productive roadmap for managing an individual or an entire team. I have managed individuals who are both older and younger than I. The challenges lie in where do we connect with an employee, OR, how do we connect when the path we have been on is indeed quite different from the people we manage. The book is quite helpful in providing clear guidelines to accomplish a strong meaningful working relationship while keeping true to our brand and the brand.

The timely subject drew me to this informative and worthwhile read
