A well of advice
I'm not to the point where I can have an Airbnb yet, but I feel that when I am this book will be an important part in helping me in my Airbnb.

Straightforward, easy read
I read the reviews before I purchased this book, and I thought they really helped to prepare me for what this book is. It is nothing earth shattering, just straight forward, step-by-step, on exactly how to do Airbnb. What I loved about it, was that because it wasn’t earth shattering, or overly dramatic, she really made you feel like you could do it. I thought it was interesting that she even addressed how you might be feeling at certain points, and encouraged you to work through those feelings (ex. Scared about people coming into your home) using data and personal experience stories. That was also helpful.
