Great for Building Friendships

It's a proactive and positive way to empower teens to navigate the ups and downs of adolescence because being social during that time tends to be very awkward. A valuable resource for teenage girls!

It is a valuable resource for teenage girls navigating the complex landscape of friendships and self-discovery. Chapter 2, "Who am I? Identifying your strengths," resonated with me on a personal level. The chapter's emphasis on self-discovery brought back memories of my own teenage years, a time marked by self-exploration and the quest for identity. The audiobook's relatable anecdotes and exercises foster a sense of connection with the listener, creating a safe space for reflection and growth. True Teenz's approach to guiding teen girls through this journey is both thoughtful and relatable, making it an invaluable resource for young individuals navigating the challenges of adolescence. Tracy Darby Kellett's narration is clear, engaging, and well-suited to the material.

Got this for my Niece

So, I picked up this audiobook for my niece, who's been having a bit of a tough time with the whole making friends thing at school. It's been such a help! It's got everything from how to handle anxiety to making sure you're hanging out with the right crowd. It's super easy to follow. The narrator talks just like you would to a friend – no lecturing, just lots of good advice and real stories that my niece could totally relate to. She's been listening to it every night and I can already see the difference. She's more confident, and she's even started chatting with a couple of girls from her class. The book has also been a little toolkit for me to help understand and deal with all the emotional rollercoasters of being a teen. It's got practical tips, sure, but it's also got a whole lot of heart. Don’t forget to take advantage of the free worksheet. I printed this out for my niece and she’s been enjoying completing the exercises! It's a great listen for any teen girl out there trying to figure out friendships and just feeling good about themselves. I'm so glad I got it for her. Favorite Aunt for the win!

Every Teen Girl Must Listen to This

True Teenz does an absolutely fantastic job of guiding teens through the maze of social interactions and understanding their emotions and anxiety. I especially appreciate the author touching on how to make quality friends and how to identify the friendships that tear you down instead of raising you up, as this is key at this age. The self-care tips and strategies to combat negative thinking were truly a much-needed tool for any teen girl's toolbox. Furthermore, the narration by Tracy Darby Kellett is exceptional and really captures the listener's attention. I would highly recommend this audiobook to any teen girl looking for strategies on how to navigate friendships and manage anxiety.
