About this listen

“He has the exact same spirit as we have.” – St. Maximilian Kolbe about Fr. Emil Neubert

Why do many Catholic teachers, who know Jesus is the Model of devotion to Mary and holiness for every state of life, hardly ever imitate Jesus’ devotion to His holy Mother in the specific way He practiced it?

Please DON’T read this if you’ve already decided that God’s calls to holiness (e.g., Gn. 17:1; Mt. 5:48; Apoc. 22:11) would be nice to achieve, but you don’t really see yourself doing it.

Because, in that case, this book won’t help you.

St. Louis-Marie de Montfort revealed…

“Predestinate soul, here is a secret the Most High has taught me, which I have not been able to find in any book, old or new” (“The Secret of Mary”, 1).

He said elsewhere that this devotion…

“…is one of these secrets of grace, unknown by the greater number of Christians, known even to few of the devout, and practiced and relished by a far less number still” (“True Devotion to Mary”, 82).

In “Mary and the Christian Educator”, Fr. Emil Neubert gives Catholic teachers an easy step-by-step blueprint to live this secret in their daily lives.

St. Maximilian Kolbe told his fellow Franciscans about Fr. Neubert…

“He has the exact same spirit as we have.”

He’d also told them…

“The devotion taught by Blessed Grignion (St. Louis-Marie) is ours exactly.”

In other words, Fr. Neubert knew St. Louis-Marie’s secret.

When you apply St. Louis-Marie’s secret to your own life, as this book outlines for you, he assures you…

“If you remain faithful to the little I have taught you, you will find so many rich fruits of grace in this practice that you will be surprised and filled with joy” (Secret, 53).

St. Louis-Marie assures you that this devotion…

“…is a path trodden by Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, our sole Head” (True Devotion, 168).

And he makes this remarkable statement…

“I have said that this would come to pass particularly at the end of the world, and indeed presently, because the Most High with His holy Mother has to form for Himself great Saints, who shall surpass most of the other Saints in sanctity, as much as the cedars of Lebanon outgrow the little shrubs, as has been revealed to a holy soul, whose life has been written by a great servant of God” (True Devotion, 47).

Why can’t you be one of those great Saints?

God’s arm isn’t shortened, and He wants you to be a Saint, because Jesus said: “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect” (Mt. 5:48)

God’s call to Christian perfection remains the same for you, because He always wants you “to be conformed to the image of His Son” (Rom. 8:29).

All it takes is a little faith on your part to get started.

And once you get started, St. Louis-Marie assures you that Our Lady will supply what you lack…

“Our Blessed Lady will give you also a portion of her faith, which was the greatest of all faiths that ever were on earth, greater than the faith of all the Patriarchs, Prophets, Apostles, and Saints put together” (True Devotion, 214).

The way this book shows you how to live this devotion will help you, because St. Louis-Marie insists…

“This devotion is an easy, short, perfect, and secure way of arriving at union with Our Lord, in which the perfection of a Christian consists” (True Devotion, 152).

And…

“Oh, how highly we glorify God, when, after the example of Jesus, we submit ourselves to Mary!” (True Devotion, 139)

So, with Mary’s help, you really can do this!

The ONLY way you can lose is if you choose not to imitate Jesus’ devotion to His Mother.

Which would make no sense, because this devotion can literally transform you into the person God’s calling you to be.
