Solid info on menopause
I liked this book. It gives good information about peri-menopause as well as menopause. The book is supportive, fact based, and covers many aspects including physical and mental impacts.
I think this book would be helpful for those who want to learn more about menopause, and who may be looking for support or ideas to help themselves or loved ones.
The narrator has a kind voice and reads very well!

This is a feel good book that puts the reader/ listener at Ease!
I love the positive outlook on the biggest change women go through. It’s full of knowledge and helpful advice throughout. This book is loaded with good tips and tricks that I find helpful in my own life. I found myself taking many notes and feeling good after listening to this book.
I highly recommend this book to anyone! Especially if you are starting this turn of your life.
I read this book to get some helpful advice for my mom. She’s really struggling through menopause and any tips that I could give her to take the edge off is worth the read. This is an amazing book! The voice of the reader is soothing. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Perfect heart-to-heart book of menopausal support!
This book was insightful, informative, and inspirational. As a woman battling the menopause curse for over 10 years, I connected so much with this author. It’s like an audible map that takes you down all the roads you will experience during menopause…with some backroads that you never even ventured down, but glad you did now. This book addresses not only your physical health during menopause, but your mental health. It helps you connect with one’s self with amazing suggestions for easing and conquering the highs and lows. It also provides input for connecting with others in your life so you can still keep not only your sanity, but your relationships with others around you that will feel the effects. This all-encompassing book really takes your hand to educate you in a realistic and nurturing way, and walk you through this vast unknown journey all women experience. I know it was a complete unknown and unexpected journey I fell into and had to just learn along the way. It’s not fun, it’s not pleasant, and everyone’s journey is different. This book can help you identify the symptoms, treat the symptoms, and plan for your journey much better. I suggest listening to this book before you find yourself knee deep in the sludge of menopause. Well-written and well-spoken words. Thank you Eva.
