SO much great information here!
Maya Bloom does a wonderful job covering the bases for how to make menopause more tolerable. She digs into HRT, the what and why behind signs and symptoms and even addresses libido dips and dives. The bonus material with a diet rich in adaptogens was a nice surprise!

The author gets it
Menopause happens, and the symptoms are all over the place - physical, emotional, situational. The author does a fantastic job addressing the symptoms, their causes, and offers practical advice to mitigate them. The author gets it. It was so validating to have someone acknowledge all of the different things that change during this second awful female puberty. The PDF version of the book is incredibly informative, covering everything from hot flashes and weight gain to poor sleep and emotional ups and downs. The audio narration is perfect for the topic, providing a compassionate and understanding tone. Highly recommend to those going through menopause and also to their partners to gain clarity.
