So much power packed into such a small space!
This is a short listen, but don't let that fool you. There is so much uplifting, powerful wisdom here. Burnout is indeed a global phenomenon, and the thing about burnout is ... when you're in it, you often don't know what to do, and don't feel the mental capacity to find out. Often times, it takes asking for and getting the help you need. And there is no shame in not knowing what to do next, as Dr. Wellappili encourages.
Get this and listen to it, and take some steps in your wellness journey. It's gonna be worth it.
