Great manual for teens!

This is a very useful manual for a teen, or their parent, to educate yourself on what to expect from interracting with a real world. Yes, you will be challenged and tested, but your mindset can get you through. And a good news is it's changable. You can grow yourself and develop the necessary skills. Really talked about social media

The sections on sorting through and working within all of the social media apps was important. The book talks about handling cyberbullying, minimizing screen time, and maintaining a healthy digital footprint. This is a critical topic in today’s world where online interactions are constant. Incredible Book!

This book has it all. It is so easy to follow, and the strategies are amazing. They are achievable and easy to understand for teens. It is amazing to be able to guide a teen through the teen years by addressing all the issues they face. I am a social worker and will be using these skills to help others. I definitely recommend this book to parents of teens who are struggling. I highly recommend it!

Grow Positively

This book makes you more confident about handling your emotions. You might even feel like you've learned secrets that other teens don't know. The book gives you tools that seem really useful, not just for now, but for later in life too. It makes the scary parts of social media feel more manageable.
