Publisher's summary

A reporter running from love. A cruise ship director longing for home. Can a Christmas miracle help them build a relationship before the ship docks for the last time?

Natalie James will do anything to land a journalist job with her favorite travel magazine - even report on Toujour’s first ever singles' cruise. After a string of one-sided relationships, she longs for the escape of vacationing around the globe. Even if that means watching professional matchmakers help naïve couples fall in love.

Shawn Erickson has spent a decade wasting away as a specialty cruise director while coming to terms with the accident that cost him his military ambitions. But he’s done running. Now he has a new dream - to open his own travel agency with the bonus he’ll get from hosting Toujour. After so long spent adrift, he longs for the stability of a permanent address and family.

When Natalie crashes into Shawn in the buffet line, their spark of attraction is undeniable. But as the cruise draws to a close, their tangled emotions reveal hidden wounds. Can a Christmas miracle help them build a real relationship before the ship docks for the last time?

This is a full-length, sweet/clean contemporary romantic comedy that will delight fans who love Hallmark movies. Each book in this series by USA Today best-selling author Lindzee Armstrong can be listened to as a stand-alone.

A Lovely Listen

This is a clean, fun and lovely romance just right anytime of the year. The characters are well written and the story moves along wonderfully. The narration is great. Tiffany Williams does an excellent job with the voices and emotions. She reads at a nice pace and really helps to pull the listener into the story. I will be looking into this series and recommending this book to my friends.

Charming story!

MY TAKE
Natalie and Shawn got off to a bumpy start-literally all over his shirt. Their attraction (well hers anyway) was immediate. He had to get over the messy shirt first, but it didn't take him long. They were drawn to each other and the more they found out, the more they liked. It didn't take long for them to be totally smitten. They have to get over several issues like opposing life goals and the age difference. Smatter in all kinds of insecurities, and you have two people who are drawn together yet torn apart. A very satisfying conclusion. It was fun to see some of the Toujours people again.

I listened to the audiobook, and Tiffany Williams did a fabulous job as always.

Sweet Christmas story

I was given a free audible copy for a fair review. I have read a couple of Lindzee’s books before and enjoyed them. I haven’t read much in this series but this was a stand alone book. I did recognize the main characters (the matchmakers) from the couple books I have read. But you need not have read the others in the series to enjoy this book. It was perfect wrapping Christmas presents on Christmas evening listening to a clean romance taking place at Christmas. It made for a great evening. This was my first audible with narrator Tiffany Williams. While a couple of the voices for characters weren’t my favorite she has a very nice voice and she is pleasant to listen to. I enjoyed her as a narrator much better than several I have listened to. I would happy listen to more of her narrated books.

Wow!

I enjoyed this so much I couldn’t pull myself away and had to listen straight through to the end. This was a very professionally written and read book. I loved the storyline of how the H and h struggled with there emotions and all the things that stood in the way for them to have a permanent romantic relationship.

Good Holiday Listen

Natalie is offered a job if she can complete a good story about a singles cruise. Shawn is in charge of the activities for the singles cruise and his goal is to make it successful so that he can stop working on the ship. They meet and have a romance and have to figure out if this is a cruise ship romance or could it be more. Natalie has issues that she has to work through and Shawn has physical issues that he has to realize is not impending his life. Good Narration

Love on a Cruise Ship

Match Me By Christmas is another excellent story by Lindzee Armstrong. The books in The No Match for Love series keep getting better and better! This is book eight in the series, but can be listened to as a stand-alone. This reminded me of the TV show, The Love Boat, which I loved. It’s a sweet, cute, and emotional holiday romance. Tiffany Williams does a great job with the different characters. I really enjoyed it!

Really Sweet Christmas Story

Natalie James is trying to land her dream job as a travel journalist, and she's given a chance to prove her worth on the matchmaking company Toujour's first ever matchmaking cruise. Natalie doesn't believe a person can find lasting love over just 8 days, but that belief is tested when she runs face first into Shawn Erickson, the cruise director. With so many differences and obstacles between them, can they find love before the cruise ends?

This is a sweet romance, it's the eighth book in the series but can be read as a standalone. I really enjoyed the setting, a cruise through Mexico during Christmastime. It was like the perfect beach read with a Christmas twist. Natalie and James are both well drawn and interesting, and their insecurities were believable. I really liked them together, and loved that they spent so much time together on the page. It was a really good listen!

The narration was done really well, with different voices for Natalie and Shawn, and the perfect accent for the Southern boy. It pulled me right into the story. I requested a copy of the audiobook, and I'm voluntarily leaving a review.
