This is a descent to very GOOD book for all over meditation. There Ozy voices are just wonderful and fun to lesson to as well as a bit soothing, the visualizations the use to help you meditate are fantastic and really work. Some of there stuff even works VERY well when your not meditating! The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because though over all the sounds, voices and messages was great the end was a bit annoying but it is so well worth the money! If you are looking for an all over meditation book, this one will certainly help you.

I tried this out in order to recommend to students who are experiencing insomnia the night before taking Licensure Board Exams. Thankfully, I was not driving and was a passenger. I was relaxed and asleep before I could even finish listening. I tried it on a different day, same result. I definitely recommend it for relaxing and getting to sleep. Great find!

This is my absolute favorite "guided meditation" audiobook! The artists' voices are very soothing and calming - making it quite easy to get into a meditative state. The music on this kit which comes with a downloadable pdf book (audiobook) makes it easy to get into a deeply relaxed Zen-like state. There are 3 compilations of guided meditations - great for beginners, as well as "pros". Absolutely beautiful, relaxing & profound. It's even improved my health and I believe brought me good fortune (great luck)! :)

I've downloaded a lot of Self Developments audiobooks and found them to work wonders! The attached reading material is excellent too... When I listen to the relaxing voices of the narrators and their soothing accompanying music, I feel totally relaxed and exhilarated. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!
