The narrator paces the suggestions slow enough to take in. The video takes into account your physical body, your mind and your breathing. Very soothing audio. The narrator has a clear, serene voice and is a real person and easy to understand.
This is the second audio I've used from this narrator and, like the other, The length is just perfect. Just enough time to relax and fall asleep while allowing you to listen after you've dozed off.
