About this listen
A meditation for the sign of Virgo to release perfectionism and promote embodiment.
We all have all 12 zodiac signs within our birth chart, which means that each zodiac sign gets activated differently within us, depending on the placement of our rising sign and the planets in our birth chart. You can use this collection of meditations to intuitively navigate through the zodiac. Or, if you want to be more intentional about it, you can reference your birth chart as a tool for choosing which meditation to listen to.
This meditation is designed to complement the sign of Virgo. Virgo is a highly analytic and discerning mutable earth sign. While analysis is incredibly valuable, it can lead to perfectionism, which can stand in the way of presence and progress. Part of the magic of Virgoian energies is found in ritual and embodiment. Embodied knowledge is awareness that is not just accessed through the mind, but is integrated through the heart and lives within your body. This form of awareness empowers you not just to know something, but to live in alignment with it. In this meditation, we will ritualistically greet the body, in the wholeness of what it is feeling, whatever it is.
