Healing tranquil

Good guidance with sounds that pull me into deep sleep. It’s only four mins long and it works to get me to sleep but it’s short. I wake up. I wish it would get me into a locked in sleep state. I wish it was longer I

Very helpful

I have many sleepless night full of thoughts about the day and reliving scenarios. Great narration, calm and soothing. I felt relaxed and fell asleep quite easily.
