Dinah Lenney is an actor, essayist and adjunct professor in the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. She just finished her 14th season as Nurse Shirley on NBC's ER. She is the author of Bigger Than Life: A Murder, A Memoir and coauthor of Acting for Young Actors: The Ultimate Teen Guide.

Gabrielle Burton is the author of the award-winning novel Heartbreak Hotel. Her most recent title is Searching for Tamsen Donner, a memoir. Burton's writing has appeared in such publications as the New York Times and the Washington Post.

Samantha Dunn is the author of several books including Failing Paris, a finalist for the PEN West Fiction Award in 2000. Her most recent work is Faith in Carlos Gomez: A Memoir of Salsa, Sex, and Salvation.

Lynne Sharon Schwartz is the author of 12 books, including the novels The Fatigue Artist and Leaving Brooklyn. Her books have been nominated for the National Book Award and the PEN/Faulkner Award. Schwartz's latest book is Not Now Voyager.
