Exercises for staying focused

I thought the mind-mapping exercises were super helpful for staying organized and focused. I've also found the bonus materials on finance management and the ABC model to be a lot of help too. With ADHD, there are so many things that can be a struggle. But this book has a lot of tools and techniques to manage your symptoms and live a more fulfilling life.

Great Advice

Great guide and workbook!

My brother has ADHD and as a kid, i didn't understand. I found this audiobook and wanted to be able to help me help him. This way we can do the exercises together. We are having a blast! Our bond is stronger than ever. The audiobook with the workbook is perfect for working on one problem at a time. I highly suggest it, especially to help the man in your life.
