Great tips for getting through menopause

This is a great listen! The advice is very good and I appreciated the humor that is throughout the audiobook. Menopause is hard and I love that this audiobook is so supportive and reminded me the importance of taking time for myself and to care for myself while going through all these changes.

Learning about all the different ways to minimize symptoms

I found this book very educational! My favorite part was learning about all the natural ways to alleviate the symptoms of menopause. Also learning about all the different types of sleeping techniques to help you get through the night for example same time schedule to go to bed and get up, sleep aps and keeping your room cool. Almost forgot, embrace it!! Laugh off the silly things that happen because of it. Every woman has to go through it.
