Honest, fun book for aging women
I really appreciated how honest this book is. It just came across as genuine and practical, but in a fun way! I especially appreciated the sections on skin care as that has been my biggest challenge as I age. There are great tips for wrinkles, makeup in general, and collagen. There is SO MUCH information out there about collagen, including one million different products you can buy. The chapter on "the truth about collagen" was super insightful and cuts through all the BS surrounding this topic.
And, then there is the section about weight maintenance as we age. I really appreciated the author's discussion of her personal experience with doctors as she navigates this issue. Her tips are great, and are very relatable. After this topic the author brings the listener back up (because talking about weight always slightly depresses me) with a really fun discussion of fashion as an older woman. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to all aging women!
