How Disrupting Menopause Can Be!
I found this audiobook to be empowering. It gave me advice and tips for getting through the often confusing and unpredictable time of menopause. The author puts clarity onto the physiological and emotional changes going on with me.
I have to say I never expected this to be such an issue for me. I sailed through life not even knowing this was coming. Menopause, yes but all these issues, NO!
I highly recommend it for managing symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings. You may need this info too.

This is a very thoughtful book on a pertinent subject. For those who struggle with this life transition, this book is for you. Favorite chapters include “Debunking Menopause Myths” and “Menopause Through a Global Lense.” The myths chapter really hits home on clearing your mind of all the garbage ideas you hear about the subject. The global chapter was super interesting about what menopause looks like (and is treated) all around planet earth. I would have appreciated a PDF copy with the audiobook. Nonetheless, an excellent listen, and so hopeful!

Comforting and informative guide!
I really like that this book sets a mindset of normalcy and positivity around this difficult life transition. It provides scientific explanations for the physical, emotional, etc. changes during this transition.
