Love the specificity of this audiobook
Food science moves so quickly, and there is so much to learn! I got a ton out of this audiobook. Meal ideas for sure, but a better understanding of WHY to choose the food. Excellent narrator too.

Weight Loss with Real Insights
What makes this book stand out is its focus on how your specific body type, age, and even gender play into your weight loss journey. I’ve read (and listened to) countless diet books, but this one didn’t just give cookie-cutter advice—it delved into how an endomorph like me (yes, that’s my body type) can finally outsmart my metabolism instead of feeling like I’m constantly battling against it.

Easy to follow and understand
As I age, I look for ways to stay healthy and active. This is the first time I've heard about this diet, but the author does a good job of making it easy to understand and follow. The sections on meal planning and lifestyle changes are helpful.

Finally, a Diet Book That Gets It
I've been on the weight loss rollercoaster for what feels like forever. As an endomorph, I've tried countless diets and workouts, only to hit frustrating plateaus. This book, though, is a total game-changer.
The author really gets it. They understand the unique challenges we endomorphs face. No more generic advice that doesn't work for our body type. This book breaks down the science behind metabolism, macronutrients, and meal timing in a way that's easy to understand and implement.
I've already seen real results by following the plan. It's sustainable, it's effective, and it doesn't feel like a chore. If you're an endomorph tired of the same old diet advice, I highly recommend giving this book a shot.

Very informative
This is an extremely informative audiobook with a lot of excellent info and guidance. I was surprised by a number of the tips and the way it is presented, a little different but seems very effective. This is def worth a shot since I have tried quite a bit of the other methods with little success. Fun listen also, narrator keeps you engaged the entire way.

Awesome Ideas Inside
As a middle-aged endomorph woman, I've struggled with weight loss for years. I've tried countless diets and exercise routines, only to be met with frustration and disappointment. But then I stumbled upon Bridget Blanton's Metabolic Confusion Diet for Middle-Aged Endomorph Women. This book has been a true game-changer for me.
Blanton's approach is refreshing and effective. She understands the unique challenges faced by endomorphs, especially as we age, and provides a personalized plan that addresses our specific needs. The metabolic confusion method has helped me break through plateaus and finally see results. I've not only lost weight but also gained energy and improved my overall health.
One of the things I love most about this book is that it's not just about dieting. Blanton also emphasizes the importance of exercise, stress management, and overall well-being. Her practical tips and strategies have helped me create a sustainable lifestyle that I can actually stick to.
If you're a middle-aged endomorph woman who's tired of feeling frustrated and defeated, I highly recommend this book. It's a must-read for anyone looking to turn back the clock and achieve their health and fitness goals.

smart way of weight loss
This book is a total game-changer, especially if you've been caught in the same cycle of weight loss over and over. I really appreciated how it doesn't try to say there's one solution that fits everyone—finally, something that actually takes age, body type, and metabolism into account in a way that makes sense. The advice is practical and down-to-earth, and it feels like the author gets what real people experience, especially if you're over 40 or 50. I've already started making some changes based on what I read, and I can already feel the difference without feeling like I'm on another crash diet. If you're feeling frustrated and are ready for a smarter way, this book is definitely worth it.
