About this listen

Tray Jones is used to women falling all over him. He’s a rock star, after all. But he makes one mistake with the sexy Tatum Blackmore, and she’s ready for war.

Tatum Blakemore divorced her husband, moved to a new city, and opened a café. Starting over at forty-two has been at once exhilarating and terrifying. Who needs a man anyway? At least that was her mantra until she met a mostly naked Tray Jones, and her world tilted on its axis. And then the sexy man insults her!

Will Tatum hate him for good? Or will the holidays and a snowstorm change her mind?

Loved the narration of Cassandra Medcalf

When Tatum and Tray meet, a misunderstanding by Tray stops any chance of friendship on the back burn. Each time they meet it is cold.
Tatum is not long out of a divorcee. Where her husband controlled her even down to her name. Two years later she claims back her real self and name Carmen.
Tray shows his true self in his apology, he is honest and truthful and Carmen sees the real him and it means a lot to her
This book shows family even with the extended band family. cute dogs and finding yourself. Brilliant characters, humour, chemistry and the right amount of heat.

Rockstar romance

Rockstar isn’t one of my favorite
genre but I thought I would give
this audiobook a go and I’m glad
I did.
Love the way the plot was was set around
an older female and a drummer from a rock band
but he still had is feet planted firmly on the ground.
The relationship between him and the leading female
is very interesting.

Tatum and Tray

When you are a star, how do you know if someone love you or if they love the star? Tray is a rockstar. Tatum is a jaded, divorced women. She keeps turning down Tray’s advances. That was a novelty to Tray, it is obvious Tatum does not know or care that he is a rockstar. The clash between the two turns to romance, and HEA.I was drawn in, and enjoyed the story. I felt Tatum is more in line with the average women. Stars are fine, but not part of my reality, and I would not know one if I saw him in person out of context. The story was well written. Narration was excellent. I received a free copy of the audiobook, and am voluntarily leaving my review.
