A good overview of Mexican history.

This audiobook did a good job of relating the history of Mexico without a lot of inappropriate information. A useful summary and quick content as well.

Good overview, terrible pronunciations

As a non-student of the revolution, the book filled in some of the gaps of my knowledge. The story is sympathetic towards the Mexican people and Mexico, Like wise, it's engaging enough. However, the narrator and producers didn't even try with some of the Spanish pronunciations. The most unforgiveable was pronouncing "ciudad" as "KWEE-u-dad", instead of "SEE-u-dad". I doesn't even make sense phonetically in English. It's a bit disrespectful.

Amazing book on Mexican history!

So much information and great narration. It has the perfect level of details.

There was so many interesting facts and stories. I would come home after listening to this on walks and couldn’t wait to talk about the things I learned.

Highly recommend this book.

This audiobook is great!

This audiobook is great! The details are awesome. greatly addressed. I will say that as someone who wants my money to be used to empower people, I was disappointed that the audiobook was written by a man but it has inspired me to look more into these women so thank you!

Learned Something New!

Anything that was drafted by Captivating History I highly recommend and follow. History is considerably examined and the content, no indifference with hours of fluff.

A great primer into a complex topic.

It does sound like nothing is changed in Mexico in the last hundred years. Preferably, revolutionaries, it's a drug cartel destroying people off. And we still have thousands pouring across the border.

This is a praiseworthy audiobook of such a confusing history. The kids and I took satisfaction in listening to more about our historical literature. we would recommend this notable historical audiobook.

Excellent audiobook!!!

I love how the audiobook is addressed, a great idea that the Mexican people who made history tell us how they did it, also the instance is excellent, without a doubt I can follow other books by the same author.
