Great advice for migraines
I've had a few migraines over the years, but it's not a major problem for me. My wife, however, gets them at least once a month. I was very interested in what advice this book would hold. There is a ton of information in here, and I had my wife listen with me. She's pretty excited to try some of the tips the next time she gets a migraine.

If you have suffered from migraines in your life, you know you will do just about anything to get rid of them. In this audiobook, the author explores and presents many different natural methods to avoid them all together. it's very important these days for people to have options to treat conditions without medication or drugs.
I found it very interesting to listen to the chapters on what we eat and how it could affect migraines. If someone gets migraines often, there could be something in their diet that exacerbates the issue. Well worth your time!

I have been working with my doctors on things that are not medication and they have given me some advice but after I leave the office I forget.
