Awaken and Expand Your Mind!
Michele is not only a great teacher but a good student, and it shows in her writing. She took her personal experience of awakening and looked into all the nooks and crannies for greater understanding that she could share with others. As much as this book has a spiritual component as it speaks about the evolution of human consciousness, Michele does an incredible job at bringing in so much science to explain the depths of her personal discoveries. This book would make a great gift for that friend that has just begun to tap into their awareness and wants to understand more; or for anyone who is looking to expand their understanding of how to expand their consciousness and love their life more!
And bonus: the audible book is read by Michele Schalin herself. I love when authors do this. It adds a whole other element to the story and the teachings to be able to hear their voice. And you can tell by listening to Michele that this is what she is passionate about! This author knows how to engage your mind and help you find your path to awakening and expanding your consciousness!

This book has a relatable author that has already gone through a spiritual awakening and is sharing her stories, techniques, and actionable items for your growth. It’s a powerful message of renewal, new habits, and awakening mindset. She shares the science behind the chemicals in our body’s and how our brain works and feeds you full of tools to be able to control your own emotions, thoughts and actions.
