Great guide to mindfulness for men

A really relatable and direct guide to mindfulness especially tailored to men. I purchased this audiobook for my husband and we’ve been listening to it together, I think what he appreciated most is that it left out the usual waffle that comes with explanations of mindfulness. He is starting to implement the advice into his daily life and says he has already noticed a change to his stress levels!

I have a clear mind now

I had really been struggling with my mindfulness as of late. I just feel like a lot of the advice out there is a bunch of the same rehashed stuff over and over again. I liked this books approach where it cut the fluff and got straight to the point. I now feel like I have the tools I need to stay calm under pressure and be more confident with the actions I’m taking.

Fantastic and funny!

This was a very enjoyable audiobook. It had lots of info, was straight to the point and the narrator was great! There were some funny parts and I liked the way it didn't have a lot of fluff. Some excellent activities and strategies to use also. Very enjoyable and helpful!
