The author’s content and readers presentation will connect with teens and even many adults suffering from anxiety. A great toolbox offering clear explanations and easy to do Excercises that are very relatable to teens. As an RN with behavioral health experience, I found this book to be a very educational and enjoyable read. Parents of teens with anxiety will appreciate the authors ability to connect with and help your teen.

I think it is a wonderful way to connect with teens and help them understand there not alone. It also helps teens reground themselves in the current or work through anxieties. There anxieties are normal and wandering thoughts. How to be more mindful teen short read and good book! recommend for teens and adults. good book!
