Don Loyd, Ph.D., has been active in real estate for more than 50 years. At one point Don was one of the highest earning Real Estate Brokers in Oregon. In his highest preforming calendar year he personally, with the help of three assistants, closed 308 transactions

Having taught both Undergraduate and Graduate course work, subjects like Real Estate and Real Estate Marketing is a part of his teaching resume . In addition, Don is a bestselling author on subjects like Real Estate, Real Estate Investing, Business, Private Lending and Writing.
