Fantastic!
The author provides exercises that are simple to understand and implement, and they have helped me a lot. I found the section on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) particularly useful; I had never heard of it before. Now that I've tried the techniques described in the book, I'm noticing that social situations are becoming easier for me. It isn't perfect yet, but I get the impression that it will really help me.
