Good story
Good story book. You have to pay attention throughout the book to understand the story. And I also like the cover, it is so cool and dope! I highly recommend it!

Fun and Action Filled Tale
Monkey Wrench is a fun thrilling tale. The story centers on a recovering thief who is helping to look for money left over from a heist, presumably from another book in the series which I did not read. The good news is that this book contains enough plot details, past and present, to keep a reader/listeners interest. From the get-go the story moved and was a figurative page turner for me.
The narration was spot on. Mr. Holland got the character’s voices and attitudes which added to the enjoyment of this listen.

Monkey Wrench
This is a good book to listen to. It holds your attention from the beginning to the end. George Olsen is in witness protection because he knows about a bunch of money and everyone wants it. You need to pay close attention to keep up with everything from who he can trust and who not to. This is the first I have listen to a book by John L Thompson I think he wrote a interesting book. Theo Holland is one of my favorite narrators and he did an excellent job on this book. I received a free copy of this book but that had no influence on my review. TENSE, WELL TOLD, AND ACTION PACKED
This latest tale by John L Thompson will catch you by the throat and not let go until the end. It reminds me of one of the tales told by the great writers of the golden age of detective/action novels. Don't miss it!
