Publisher's summary
The energy, love, and camaraderie in this town was something she missed, anytime she had to leave.
The Double K Ranch is just a few minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan, nestled in the rolling woodlands of West Michigan. This majestic, yet rustic resort is a place where singles, couples, and families come to experience hiking trails, fishing, swimming, and a world-class disc golf course. Unbeknownst to guests, the ranch is also home to some challenges the owners are struggling with to keep the ranch afloat.
Ashton is determined to find out the truth about why his father was fired from Double K Ranch. He doesn’t tell anyone who he is when they mistake him as a candidate for a job interview when he arrives at the camp. Ashton begins falling for Jolene, all while figuring out the mystery of the monetary gift to the ranch. He realizes he will be in trouble when the truth comes out and hopes Jolene will understand he was trying to protect his mother and father.
Jolene is over the moon getting the summer camp idea off the ground. She doesn’t really have time for the mysterious new employee, but something makes her go to bat for him when others are suspicious. As they try to solve the mystery and follow the clues with the rest of the family, she begins falling in love. When she uncovers the truth about Ashton, though, old wounds are reopened and this relationship could be doomed before it begins.
The Double K Ranch series is based upon Psalms 18:2 (NIV). “My Shield,” is the fourth book in this six-book series. Download this clean romance book to make you feel good about yourself and your world.

Story
Obituary writer Nadine Barbault doesn’t mind being called “Lady Death”. It suits the ice queen persona she’s cultivated to survive the fast-paced Toronto Herald. So when Nadine learns that famous (and reclusive) author Dot Voline has died, she doesn’t hesitate to run the obituary…only to discover that Dot is very much alive. Nadine’s screw-up has brought Wesley Chen of the rival Spear no end of joy—she’s been a thorn in his extremely ambitious side for years. But the renewed interest in Dot also surfaced chatter about a mysterious past scandal.

Story
Eight years ago I fell into a secret summer fling with my best friend’s little sister before our lives went in different directions. Now, I’m the grumpy to Juliet’s sunshine on a popular dating podcast we host, and when a wealthy fan gives us a charming coastal cottage as the biggest thank you ever, we head to the town where I grew up to give it a makeover. And find the house has only one bed. Located under a mirrored ceiling.

Story
Gabriel Ferrara is tall and handsome, and most days she wants to stab her eyes out with a pencil, anything to stop her seeing his perfection. How any female could work in these conditions and not be completely besotted with him is beyond her. Then he opens his mouth and she remembers why. He's bossy and sarcastic, with a wit so sharp it could cut glass. Every weekend is the same . . . while he's off living his dream life, she's counting down the days until Monday when she sees him again.
