Many of books of NLP and practitioner courses use a short range of examples to illustrate the set of techniques taught, such as Swish pattern and others rapid submodalities change. Is very interesting, and helpful, the context of weight loss. At the bottom, the successful strategies of the author is an excellent argument to assist the definition of NLP: the study of the subjective experience' structure.

Great audio-book. I never considered using NLP for weight loss but I love the idea behind it and this book really shows you the path to getting started to a healthier life. Very excited to get started. Definitely recommend! Nicely done!

This was a great book on NLP weight loss. I was skeptical at first about using this technique because I thought it would be all fluff and not work, but I was wrong. There are some proven steps to take highlighted in this book, and I'm confident that I'm on my way!
