The Only Narcissistic Abuse Book You'll Need
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery and Self-Rediscovery is an exemplary book on understanding and identifying narcissism. From realizing the situation you're in to dealing with recovery, this book is well researched and can help anyone out of that kind of toxic relationship. I thoroughly enjoyed the chapter on preparing your exit as this, to me, is the most difficult part.
Self-love plays a critical role in letting go of the past and embracing your new future. This allows you to create new standards for future relationships and wellbeing. I highly recommend this book!
