Comforting and Inspiring

I have struggled with my weight my whole life but I started to hear there are some books available to help with my subconscious. This book was really nice to listen to. I listened to part of it while I worked during the day and some of it while I was going to sleep at night. I really liked the affirmations because it's very easy to tell ourselves that we need to do better and don't eat that and go exercise but that's not exactly inspirational. The affirmations and the guided meditations are so positive, and honestly, you have to listen to them over and over until you finally start to believe it yourself. Very positive book and so glad I am able to listen to it whenever I need to.

I absolutely love this

If you struggle with your weight like I do, you will find this to be life changing. The hypnosis part is really cool. it's very relaxing and I feel like I noticed a difference with my food cravings right away.
