These techniques are doable!
This book is a practical guide for anyone who has ADHD. There are many modalities for specific people who work in medical fields, etc. I found this book had so much information on how to create ADHD as an asset in life and not a disability. Navigating the world of ADHD can be a challenge for those with it and those who live with those who have it. This book does a phenomenal job of covering so many aspects of ADHD and gives great, practical tips that are able to be implemented immediately. Waldren covers time management, working with ADHD in professional settings, and even how to use tech as a tool for navigation. My favorite part was playing to the STRENGTH of ADHD and not letting it feel like a burden.

Perfect Toolkit...!
I thoroughly enjoyed diving into this listen, both beautifully narrated and filled with invaluable tips to understand ourselves. It provides so much in the way of catering to our different needs (obviously linked to living with ADHD) and offers more than enough advice that is easy to implement straight away.
